Good times may be ahead between the United States and Cuba after the American government signalled that they are now open for talks with its Cuban counterpart.This came in during the speech by US Ambassador to Angola, Dan Mozena, in the audience of the Angolan Head of State José Eduardo dos Santos himself. Cuban president Raul Castro recently visited Angola, during which dos Santos defended the lifting of the embargo imposed on Cuba.
