Guyana wants alcohol limit laws

By Crissy at 02/11/07 18:52
Heavy drinking in the Caribbean is all too common. People may drink from morning to night, some with no consequence for behavior. In Guyana there is no breathalyzer law because there is no consensus about what the legal limit for alcohol should be. So right now if a Guyanese drunk driver kills someone, the fact that he's drunk won't factor in.
